Returns and Exchanges

Given that customer satisfaction is our #1 priority, refunds or exchanges are allowed within 7 days from the date of purchase.

All returned or exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags attached.

All returns will be facilitated by Rockstarr Kidz Apparel’s delivery service for a fee of TTD$30. This fee can be paid via cash or bank transfer. Please note that only when the item is returned and the delivery service fee is received will the refunding process be initiated. 

If you wish to exchange an item bought within the last 7 days for an item of different size, colour, style or brand we can surely accommodate you. If the item you wish to conduct the exchange for is of lesser value we will refund you accordingly; however, if the item you wish to conduct the exchange for is of greater value then you will be required to pay the difference. 

Refunds can take the form of either store credit or cash.

We reserve the right to accept or deny any request that does not fit these criteria.
